Where our jobs come from
Every job on OM1 is a real, public posting. Our radar checks these sources throughout the day, links each job to its original posting, and removes jobs once they close.
How we collect jobs. We only use official, public job feeds and APIs that these services provide. We don’t scrape sites that don’t allow it, and we never post jobs on anyone’s behalf. You always apply on the employer’s or job board’s own page.
